Notes:

• The adjusted rank is always used in calculations
• Army, Navy and Air force will get varying bonuses (probably 1-3 points) on each map, depending on how important land/sea/air units are for that map
• There can be only one red rank per side, per branch. (A total of 18,9 Arm,9 Core.)
• If there is one player who qualifies, they will get the rank.
• A red-ranked player will be demoted if they no longer meet the requirements (except the win ratio, that does not matter, it only qualifies someone to get the rank)
• If multiple players can get a red rank, they can elect to hold a tournament to determine who will get the rank. If someone already holds the rank, the winner of the tournament will play that player in the final round to decide who gets the rank.
• PW can issue red ranks to players, but these cannot IGW, only train.
• Commander ranks must play other commanders in order to advance
• Commander ranks who play lower ranks will have their lower record updated
• Winners get a minimum of 1 point. There is no maximum.
• Commander losers can lose anywhere from 0 points, to 5 points.
